The Swing Groover has a platform base which can be set in the ground, next to, or into a cut out area in a Golf Mat, so that it is on the same level as your feet. For left or right handed golfers, it can be used with the PRO-HEAD® Trainer and the P-H Driving Mat to allow for hours of practice that help develop the required muscle memory for consistent solid hits.
